Alex is a board-certified hearing instrument specialist and has many years of experience wearing hearing aids. He was diagnosed with a hearing loss in the first grade and has a passion for helping others that are hard of hearing. As a person with hearing loss, he understands the challenges that other people with hearing loss face and is acutely aware of the advantages and limitations of hearing aids. He is continually evaluating the latest improvements in hearing technology.

Peter Lee is a board-certified hearing instrument specialist and founder of Professional Hearing Healthcare Associates. He has over 20 years of experience in testing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating hearing loss.
